2 Chainz is being sued by a woman who claims she was fired from her job due to a video that features her, 2 Chainz and his friend and rapper Cap 1 and others.

Christine Chisholm is featured in a video shot in what looks like the backstage area of a concert. The rapper refers to her as a “thot” (an acronym for “that ho over there”) and asks how and why she’s backstage. 2 Chainz and Cap 1 go back and forth on whether Chisholm is the woman they’re looking for. “We apologize. We thought you were the other Tina,” 2 Chainz tells her before another man tells her to “walk out the door.”

According to the lawsuit, Chisholm claims that she was fired from her job at a barbershop because of the manager’s fear that the video would bring the shop “negative publicity,” says TMZ.

Chisholm was made aware that she was being taped at the latter end of the video. “While you’re back here you’re in blog territory,” 2 Chainz tells her.

Chisholm also suing for $5,000,000 in damages, also claiming that the harassment and public abuse has damaged her reputation.

Representatives for 2 Chainz did not respond to a request for comment at the time of publishing.
