Contest rules may be altered at any time. No purchase necessary. Except as otherwise provided herein all terms and conditions of the American General Media standard rules of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia AND reside within one of the following Central California Counties: Kern, AND are or will be at least 18 years of age or older. If you are not a legal resident of the United States, AND not located in one of the Eligible Counties listed above, AND you are not the required age as of time of entry, you are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes or to win a prize. Company and Sweepstakes Entities (both as defined below), individuals from all other radio and television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate or win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

Void outside the Eligible Counties and where prohibited or restricted by law. Odds of becoming a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries received.

American General Media., its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, divisions, and individual stations, the Station, (collectively, the “Company”) will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these official Sweepstakes rules. “Sweepstakes Entities” shall be collectively be referred to herein to mean any party or entity associated in any way with the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to Company, Sponsor, individual participating Stations, the Sweepstakes’ sponsoring organizations, any third party prize provider(s) and/or prize fulfillment service, and each of the foregoing’s respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and each of their employees, talent, artists, volunteers, agents, shareholders, and contractors.

By participating, each entrant (and if eligible minors, their parents/legal guardians) agrees as follows:

The Company may from time to time conduct promotions concurrently and simultaneously on several participating radio stations owned and not owned by the Company, and in various States, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any time during a promotion as announced on the affected station. Participating stations are listed above. For a list of participating stations and/or a copy of the official Sweepstakes rules, please visit the office of the Station during normal business hours or send your request by mail as instructed herein.

The Sweepstakes is administered by the Company and any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Company.

DESCRIPTION OF SWEEPSTAKES/PARTICIPATION.
Dates of Sweepstakes: Sweepstakes will begin on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 8:00:00am Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and end at 4:59:59pm PDT on Friday, March 27, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Entry Period in which entrants can submit a Sweepstakes entry into the Drawing will be determined by the Entry Method as follows:

How to Enter: There is one (1) way to enter the “Last Trip Standing” Sweepstakes –

Hot 94.1 Listeners will listen for the “Last Trip Standing” cue to call weekdays during the 8:00am, 12:00pm and 4:00pm hours.  The 29th caller will then eliminate one of the 75 trips displayed on the Last Trip Standing web page found at hot941.com

Deadline for qualifying is Friday, March 27, 2026 by 4:59pm PDT.

HOW TO PLAY AND WINNER SELECTION: Beginning Monday, February 23, 2026 listen to the station in the designated hours weekdays, in the 8:00am, 12:00pm, and 4:00pm hours for the “Last Trip Standing Cue to Call”. The 29th caller will then be asked to eliminate one of the 75 trips displayed on the Last Trip Standing web page located at hot941.com.  Evey listener that eliminates a trip are then entered to win the “Last Trip Standing” that will be awarded to 1 of the 75 qualifiers on or around April 1st, 2026. The Company reserves at its sole discretion the right to not award the prize or to determine an alternate winner or finalist (if applicable) in accordance with the official rules in the event that any winner or finalist has been
disqualified, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible for any reason, or is not available to participate in any applicable Sweepstakes events.

Any contestant must be the participant who originally dialed the phone to the radio station to participate in the sweepstakes. No family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be allowed to participate in the sweepstakes on another person’s behalf. The contestant must provide their own name and own birth date, if a contestant uses a false or incomplete name or birth date, they will be immediately disqualified from the sweepstakes and be ineligible to win any prize.

PRIZE(S). No more than the advertised number of prizes shall be awarded. The prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified herein. A prize may not be sold, traded, or commissioned, and is not exchangeable, transferable, substitutable, or redeemable for cash except in Company’s sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change. Company is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize, unless otherwise specified. Prizing may be fulfilled by a third party fulfillment company. The prize will only be awarded if properly claimed according to the Rules. All costs and expenses related to the prize acceptance, the prize, and/or prize use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner(s). The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are:

One (1) PRIZE: A trip for 2* to a pre-selected location including airfare for two (2) departing from a major international airport nearest the winner’s residence, hotel, and selected additional experiences to be determined by American General Media at its sole discretion.

WINNER AND GUEST ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE REQUISITE TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION OR VALID PASSPORTS AS NEEDED AND MUST POSSESS A CREDIT CARD FOR INCIDENTALS. If travel documentation requirements cannot be met, the prize cannot be fulfilled.

Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Odds of winning are 1 in 75.

All winner information will be collected at the time of winning. The information will be sent to the appropriate parties to begin trip arrangements. This process could take 6-8 weeks before winner will be notified of next steps for claiming their prize.  Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 60 days of notification will be forfeited by the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification.

(a) Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

(b) One random listener will be chosen from all 75 qualifiers on or around April 1st, 2026, at a Just Wing It location in Bakersfield California.  All 75 qualifiers will need to be at the Just Wing It Location or make arrangements with Station to have someone to come in your place.

General  

  1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner(s).  Winner(s) will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent including a winner’s full Social Security Number for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the station conducting the Promotion (in combination with any prizes won in Promotions run by any other American General Media radio station) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more.  Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
  1. Participating in the Promotion and acceptance of a prize constitutes a winner’s and guest’s (where applicable) permission for the American General Media or its agents to photograph, film and record each winner, and to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion or its sponsors for  purposes of trade, publicity or promotion without additional financial or other compensation, and, American General Media may, where legal, require a winner (and guest or travel companion, where applicable) to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.  It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to ensure that their guest(s) or travel companion(s) sign and return any required release.  In the case of a conflict in this paragraph 3 b and any similar paragraph in contest specific rules the general specific rules will govern. Unless a member of winner’s immediate family, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older.  Travel companion must travel with winner and must also sign and return a travel release, which must be returned with winner’s affidavit of eligibility.  By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Sponsors the right to use the winner’s name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).  All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner.  Winner and travel companion, if any, by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release Station, American General Media, and their advertising, promotion and production agencies and their respective parents and subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives  from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained directly or indirectly in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Contest or prize-related activity.
  1. No prize transfers.  Sponsors may substitute prizes for prizes of like value, in the Sponsors’ sole discretion.  Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.  Offer subject to federal, state and local regulations and laws and is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited.  By entering, participants agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsors.
  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Promotion, you:
    1. agree to grant American General Media a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to edit, telecast, exhibit, rerun, reproduce, use, syndicate, license, print, distribute and otherwise exploit any items (including any photos, videos, audio, or written material) submitted as part of your contest entry (the “Materials”), or any portion thereof, in any manner and in any and all formats and media now known or hereafter devised, without payment to you or any third party;
    2. acknowledge that American General Media reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to use the Materials at all; and

represent and warrant that: you are at least as old as the age of majority in your state; you have the full legal right, power and authority to grant to American General Media the license provided for herein; you own or control the complete exhibition and other rights to the Materials you submitted for the purposes contemplated in this license; you are either the parent (or legal guardian) of any minor featured in the Materials or have received the express consent of the parent (or legal guardian) for any such minor to appear in the Materials and to enter the minor’s likeness in the Materials in the contest; and neither the Materials nor the exercise of the rights granted herein shall infringe upon or violate the right of privacy or right of publicity of, or constitute a libel or slander against, or violate any common law or any other right of, any person or entity.

  1. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate and depending on the nature of the prize and eligibility requirements of the Promotion, American General Media in its sole discretion may require verification of Promotion winner’s or winners’ identification by a showing of valid government-issued photo identification.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating and/or accepting a prize, entrants, winner(s) and guests (if applicable) agree to release and hold harmless the station conducting the Promotion, its sponsor(s) and promotional partner(s), its advertising and promotion agencies, any social media platform utilized in the conduct of the Promotion (including but not limited to Facebook, Inc.) and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each of them (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Promotion.  American General Media may also require eligible Promotion winner(s) and their guests or travel companions, if any (as well as each of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s), if winner(s), guest(s) or travel companion(s) are under the age of majority in their state of residence), to sign a liability release confirming such consent.  It is the responsibility of the winner(s) to ensure that their guest(s) or travel companion(s) sign and return any required release.

 

  1. The station conducting the Promotion, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person (and all of their entries) from this Promotion if he or she tampers with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or the operation of the station’s website, Facebook Page, and/or any other social networking site used in the Promotion, or is otherwise in violation of the rules.  The station conducting the Promotion further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion, or any part of it, if it is not capable of completion as planned or if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond the station’s control, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion as determined by the station in its sole discretion.  Any attempt by an entrant or any person to deliberately damage any station website, Facebook Page, and/or any other social networking site used in the Promotion or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.  Should such an attempt be made, American General Media reserves the right to seek full prosecution and/or damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.  The station’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.  If due to circumstances beyond the control of the station conducting the Promotion, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or canceled, the station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to modify, terminate, suspend or cancel the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
  2. The Released Parties are not responsible for (i) typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of a prize; (ii) entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties, malfunctions, disconnections, other technological failures, telephone service outages, delays, dropped calls, or busy signals, or any other difficulties that may prevent an individual from sending or receiving a text message; or (iii) lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, postage due, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or late entries.  Further, the Released Parties are not responsible if any part of a Promotion prize cannot be awarded due to acts of god, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism or other factors beyond American General Media’s control.
